We went to Anning Middle School at the second day. First, we took group photo at the entrance of the school. Then, we were warmly welcomed at the hall. There were some performance like singing and also showing video of our twinning for past few years. Then, we were paired up to our buddies for this twinning. They gave us a bag with a notebook, a pen and a timetable for this twinning. We went for our brush writing after the performance, it looked amazing when the teacher was writing Chinese characters using the brush and he used the brush for painting too, but when it is our turn to write, it seems difficult and ours were very ugly. During the speech, although I am only an audience, I learnt that confidence can surpass anything. Although the student in Anning is not that good in English, they had done a good job as they have the most important thing which is confident. Later, we also went to learn martial arts, chang quan. It was the same as the brush writing, looked easy when the teacher was doing it, but when it’s our turn, it turns bad and looked difficult. Although both were difficult to learn and difficult to made them well done, but we experienced it and the most important part is that we had enjoyed through the learning experience.

Woke up early and had breakfast in the hotel. really nice. then took the bus to An Ning. when we got there I was really amazed by the size of the school. just one of the blocks was bigger then our school. the basketball court was maybe one and a half of our school field. We were treated like stars when we entered the school and had a really nice welcome performance. Met our new buddies. I also met my buddy whom I saw when she came over. We had lunch in the school. also learnt Chinese Calligraphy and Chinese Kung Fu. Both were interesting. then had dinner. it was SO FUN. laughed until my stomach hurt. got back to the hotel. no shopping today. D:

On day 2, it was even colder than the day we arrived. But nontheless, the weather was very cooling. We went to Anning Middle School, and I was awed by the size of the school. It looked like a University! Very big! We were welcomed by the Principal, and some staffs. Head to the auditorium and the students were all clapping to welcome us. I felt really welcomed. They showed us a performance, an Orchestra. They China girls were all wearing their traditional tribal costumes. It all looked so beautiful. After that we learnt Chinese Calligraphy and Changquan. I call the Changquan, Kung Fu, as it's much easier to remember it that way. It was all very fun. After that had dinner, and back to hotel to call it a day.

We went to anning middle school. When we reached the front gate, I was amazed to see such a big building surrounded by many beautiful sceneries around it. When we went inside, they gave us a welcome performance and we learned chinese calligraphy there. We even learned chinese kungfu which is fun although I’d already forgotten all the steps by now. We then went for dinner and back to the hotel.
